Chat with Copper

Overview

Ask AskElephant Chat to find, summarize, and update Copper records in plain language. This article covers how to turn Copper on in Chat, what you can ask, and how changes are confirmed.

Enable Copper in Chat

Open the tools menu in AskElephant Chat and turn on Copper. Copper must already be connected to your workspace. If it is not, see the Get Started with Copper article.

What You Can Ask

Copper in Chat works with companies, people, opportunities, leads, projects, and their pipelines and stages.

Example prompts:

• "Find the opportunity for Acme Corporation."

• "Show me all open opportunities in the renewal pipeline."

• "Summarize the latest information for Jane Cooper."

• "Create a lead for Sam at Example Company."

• "Move this opportunity to the next stage."

• "Add this meeting summary as a note on the opportunity."

Make Changes Safely

Before making a change, AskElephant identifies the Copper record it will affect and explains the action. If your request is not already explicit, it asks you to confirm first.

Deleting Copper records is not supported in Chat.
