Quick reference for keyboard shortcuts across AskElephant. Shortcuts below use Cmd for macOS — swap in Ctrl on Windows or Linux.
Across the App

In Any Prompt Box

| Open the prompt library. |
Works in any prompt field — chat, workflow prompt nodes, and agent prompts.
In the Workflow Builder
Shortcut | What it does |

| Save the workflow. |
| Undo. |
| Redo. |
| Select all nodes. |
| Cut selected nodes. |
| Copy selected nodes. |
| Paste nodes. |
| Search nodes on the canvas. |
| Create a new workflow. |
| Open workflow navigation. |
| View workflow history. |
| Zoom in. |
| Zoom out. |
| Show the keyboard shortcut help dialog. |
| Add a node. |
| Auto-layout the workflow. |
| Recenter the canvas. |
| Delete the selected node or edge. |
Unmodified keys (like A, L, and Space) don't fire while you're typing in a text field.
Playing Back Meeting Videos
