Update Deal
Update a single property on a HubSpot deal by directly setting its name and value.

What It Does
Sets one property on the HubSpot deal you specify by ID to the exact value you provide.
When To Use It
Use this when you already know the exact property and value to write, such as setting a stage or amount based on a condition earlier in the workflow. AskElephant recommends Update Deal V2 instead: it uses a linked meeting and AI instructions to determine the value automatically, and adds an append or replace method with an optional confirmation step. Use this node only when you need a direct, literal property write with no AI involved.
Configuration
Configure the node with these settings:
Field | What it controls |
|---|---|
Deal ID | The HubSpot ID of the deal to update. Required. |
Property Name | The internal name of the property to update. Required. |
Property Value | The exact value to write to that property. Required. |
Outputs
The node passes these values downstream. Check the Outputs tab on the configured node to confirm exact paths.
This node does not emit output variables.
Example Workflow
A workflow checks a condition and, when it's met, uses this node to set a deal's dealstage property to a specific value.
