Add Note to Deals
Add a note to one or more HubSpot deals. Use it to log deal updates, stage changes, or key decisions without leaving your workflow.

What It Does
Writes a note to the HubSpot deals you specify by ID. You can add the same note to multiple deals in one step.
When To Use It
Use this to record deal-specific context, such as a stage change reason or a decision made on a call, directly on the deal record. If the update belongs on a contact or company instead (and should cascade from there), use Add Note to Contacts or Add Note to Companies.
Configuration
Configure the node with these settings:
Field | What it controls |
|---|---|
Owner | The team member listed as the note's owner in HubSpot. Optional. Leave empty to create an unassigned note. |
Deal IDs | The HubSpot deal IDs to add this note to. Accepts multiple IDs. Required. |
Note | The note content. Supports markdown, which is converted to HTML for HubSpot. Required. |
Outputs
The node passes these values downstream. Check the Outputs tab on the configured node to confirm exact paths.
This node does not emit output variables.
Example Workflow
After a pricing call, a workflow captures the agreed terms and uses this node to add that detail as a note on the deal, so anyone reviewing the deal later sees the context.
