Manually Re-run Workflows

Overview

If a workflow didn't trigger automatically for a meeting, you can run it manually from the Automations tab. This helps with missed triggers, or when a meeting was private and excluded from automation.

How to Run a Workflow Manually

  1. Go to Automations → Workflows.

  2. Find and open the workflow you want to run.

  3. Click Test.

  4. In the test dialog, select the meeting to run the workflow against.

  5. Confirm and run. The workflow executes using that meeting's data.

Private Meetings

Workflows set to exclude private meetings won't run on meetings marked private. To run on a private meeting, either:

  • Mark the meeting as public, then run the workflow manually.

  • Update the workflow trigger to allow private meetings, if that fits your privacy settings.

Troubleshooting

  • If the meeting doesn't appear in the test dialog, confirm it exists in the workspace and isn't filtered out by date or visibility.

  • Check the workflow's run history for errors after testing.

  • Confirm the workflow's actions (for example, a HubSpot push) are configured with valid connections.

  • If you'd like the support team to run a workflow for a specific meeting, include the workspace and meeting details in your request.
