The AskElephant page

Estimated read time: 5 minutes

Overview

The AskElephant page is your blank-slate conversation space. Unlike other parts of the platform that come with pre-built context, this page lets you start fresh and add exactly what you need—meetings, documents, and tools—to analyze whatever you want.

It's perfect for custom analysis, comparing multiple calls, or exploring questions that don't fit a predefined workflow.

  4. Click Ask

Examples of questions:

  • "Compare these two sales calls and identify what went differently"

Important: Your Conversations Are Shared

All conversations you create on this page are visible to your entire workspace. This is intentional—it lets your team:

  • Share insights and discoveries
  • Build on each other's analysis
  • Keep valuable research accessible to everyone
  • Spot trends together

Best practice: Use clear conversation names so team members understand what you're analyzing.

Quick Tips

  • Pin important conversations to keep them at the top for easy access
  • Use descriptive names like "Q3 Client Objections Analysis" instead of "Chat 1"
  • Select meetings strategically—comparing 2-3 relevant calls is better than attaching 10 random ones
  • Experiment with different AI models to see which gives you the best results

Next Steps

  1. Create a new chat on the AskElephant page
  2. Attach 2-3 recent meetings from the same client or topic
  3. Ask the AI to identify common themes or patterns
  4. Try using the green pencil to enhance a complex question
  5. Pin the conversation if the insights are valuable for your team
