Overview
The Meeting Page is the core of AskElephant. Every time you record a video call, it automatically becomes a Meeting Page—a central hub where you can watch the recording, read what was discussed, and have AI-powered conversations about what happened.
The page is split into two sides: the right side shows your video and meeting details, while the left side is your interactive chat workspace.
What You'll See
Right Side: Video and Meeting Information
- Video player with play, pause, expand, and download controls
- Transcript button to view the full written record with timestamps and speaker identification
- Event log showing when the bot joined and any events during the call
- Three-dot menu to rename, delete, or reprocess the meeting
- Share button to share the full transcript or create links to specific video clips
- Privacy toggle to set the meeting as public or private (admins only)
- Attendee list with names and emails—click edit to update or the plus button to add people
- Company list showing which organizations were represented
Left Side: Your Chat Workspace
