Tag Meeting
Add tags to a meeting so it's easier to find and filter later.

What It Does
Applies the tags you specify to a meeting from earlier in the workflow. Tags help categorize meetings by type or topic, like Demo, Discovery Call, or Closed-Won.
When To Use It
Use this to automatically categorize meetings as they happen, rather than relying on someone to tag them by hand, for example tagging every call where a Conditional Prompt or Filter Prompt detected a specific topic.
Configuration
Configure the node with these settings:
Field | What it controls |
|---|---|
Meeting | The meeting to add tags to. Required. Should be a meeting from earlier in the workflow. |
Tags | The tags to apply to this meeting. |
Outputs
The node passes these values downstream. Check the Outputs tab on the configured node to confirm exact paths.
This node does not emit output variables.
Example Workflow
Use a Conditional Prompt to detect whether pricing was discussed on a call, and if so, use Tag Meeting to apply a Pricing Discussed tag automatically.
